When you have to ask someone about their MBTI type you can simply ask "MBTI 유형은/타입은 무엇입니까 ?" "What is your MBTI type ?"
You can respond by saying "저의 MBTI 유형은/타입은 .......... 입니다." or "저의 MBTI는 ....... 입니다."
