Anyone can apply for TOPIK. You don’t need any specific visa.

As per above comments, I cannot download the beginner papers. Listening files are fine. Just can’t get the PDFs. Have tried saving in different ways (right-hand click, for example), the zip file downloads but there are no PDFs in the file.

They have test sites in Jeju. The Next TOPIK test will be held in April for which you can register in February. You can register online on http://www.topik.go.kr
Recently i completed my Level 1 from 다문화 센터. So i am planning to give the TOPIK exam level 1. Am I eligible to pass the exam, as i know well about contents of level 1 book. Please kindly let me know.
